To measure the length of baton you need: Outstretch your non-dominant hand to the side. Measure from the middle of the back of your neck to the tip of your middle finger. Check out this blog post from Starline Baton for more information: www.measurebaton.honeybeetwirlers.com
Jazz Shoes
Our Recommendation - Capezio (no affiliation)

Search around Amazon for cheaper versions - we have had a good experience with all types of jazz shoes. You may get any color jazz shoes for practice.
Practice Wear
Our Recommendation - Zyia Active by Independent Rep Sara Rudin
Twirlers should wear pants, legging, or shorts. NO JEANS. Shirts should be tight or fitted. Batons may get stuck in loose clothing. Practice outfits are available through the Honeybees Baton Twirling. Please contact us for more information.
The Recitals are typically near the end of the 12-Week Classes in Spring and Fall. Recitals may consist of a performance at a location.
